cult.fit — Save My Week

ResearchRICEPRDPrototypeExperimentationGTM
The product

Focused on new/returning cultpass users aged 25–34. The capstone is a complete product exercise spanning research, problem framing, prioritization, PRD, prototype, GTM, metrics and rollout.

The problem

When work, travel, illness, soreness or commitments disrupt a planned workout, users may struggle to find an achievable same-week recovery path — one miss can become an inactive week.

01 — Problem → Decision

What I saw, and how I got to the solution.

01

Research before solutions

Synthesized 20 research records and audited the existing journey to isolate routine disruption as the narrow activation barrier rather than assuming cult.fit lacked generic habit or coaching features.

02

Generate, then narrow

Created 15 solution concepts and used RICE to compare them. Save My Week ranked first because it directly addressed the disruption moment with a measurable recovery outcome.

03

Define the testable MVP

Specified trigger, reasons, recovery actions, explicit confirmation, no-match state, safety constraints and analytics in the PRD, then translated the flow into a working Lovable prototype.

04

Plan validation

Defined a 45-Day Routine Activation North Star and a 72-Hour Recovery Rate leading metric, followed by a Bengaluru pilot and controlled rollout with guardrails.

02 — Outcome / Validation

What changed or what I would validate next.

The proposed North Star moves from a 34% baseline toward a 50% target. The prototype and rollout plan are designed to validate whether faster recovery improves routine activation; this is not a shipped result.

Coursework capstone. Metrics are proposed targets and validation measures, not observed production outcomes.
