Inalign — AI Voice Agents built to engage, convert and retain.

A product vision for real-time, scalable, multilingual AI voice agents that can understand context, respond naturally and execute workflows — not just answer calls.

The product idea

Real-time interaction. Omnichannel reach. Human-like voice.

The deck positions Inalign as a voice-first layer for customer and internal workflows — connecting conversational AI with the systems that need to take action.

01 — Problem

Customer experience breaks before the conversation is finished.

The Inalign deck groups the challenge into four recurring business problems.

01

Missed opportunities

Leads drop when human agents are unavailable or follow-ups are missed.

02

Impersonal bots

Robotic voice experiences can damage customer experience and brand perception.

03

Service delays

Long waits can create dissatisfaction and churn.

04

High multilingual cost

Supporting multiple languages at scale remains expensive with human-only coverage.

02 — Product approach

Move from “voice bot” to an action layer for the business.

My product work focused on discovery, feature planning and cost/scale analysis to define a credible MVP around the deck's product vision.

03 — How the solution creates value

Five product capabilities connect the conversation to the workflow.

01

Real-time interaction

The deck positions Inalign around near-instant voice response, with a ~100 ms latency claim for the experience.

02

Multilingual support

Contextual conversations designed to scale across languages without creating separate human support paths.

03

InsightSync

Real-time insights and CRM synchronization turn conversations into usable operational context.

04

Omnichannel reach

Keep the interaction model consistent across phone, website, IVR and apps.

05

Agentic actions

Move beyond answers into sequences, reminders and workflow execution.

04 — Practical applications

Start with workflows where the value is easy to understand.

The deck highlights use cases across revenue, service and internal operations.

05 — Technical product thinking

Architecture matters because the conversation is only one part of the product.

The deck describes a stack built around LLM integration, low-latency TTS, WebRTC connectivity and microservices/APIs.

06 — My role & product decisions

Where I contributed.

Discovery
Translated customer experience pain points into product opportunities and priority workflows.
Feature planning
Shaped a product surface around real-time voice, contextual dialogue, omnichannel reach, workflow automation and CRM/context sync.
Cost & scale
Analysed voice, AI and infrastructure economics to define a realistic MVP boundary and think through scale constraints.
What I would validate first
  1. Conversation completion and task-success rate for one high-value workflow.
  2. Latency and interruption tolerance in real calls.
  3. Cost per resolved task versus human/IVR alternatives.
  4. CRM sync reliability and handoff rate.
