Worktracker — Automated Time Intelligence

B2B SaaSAutomationProduct DiscoveryOperational Efficiency
The product

Internal productivity SaaS for project delivery teams. My role covered product discovery, MVP validation, requirements, prioritization and expansion of the workflow into planning, productivity benchmarks and reporting.

The problem

Delivery teams lacked reliable visibility into actual project effort and operational leakage; manual reporting made planning and accountability harder.

01 — Problem → Decision

What I saw, and how I got to the solution.

01

Frame the operational gap

Mapped where effort was being lost: manual time reporting, idle periods and limited visibility into the difference between planned and actual work.

02

Design the MVP

Defined automated time capture with idle detection for 40+ users, then built the surrounding product workflow so teams could review, plan and report from the same system.

03

Expand the decision surface

Evolved the product across Projects, Project Planner, Complexity & Productivity Rates, Daily Reports, Manual Time Review and Holiday Calendar so delivery decisions could be made from operational data.

02 — Outcome / Validation

What changed or what I would validate next.

Used by 40+ users and reduced operational leakage by 8–10 hours/week. The screenshots show the broader product surface now used around project setup, planning, productivity benchmarks and daily reporting.
